Arbolada

I did this illustration some time ago, when my obsession for represent women was just beginning.

I lived surrounded by women, we are five sisters, plus my mom, lot of lovely aunts and cousins who accompanied me. My grandmother Ofelia and friends, lot of friends. For me, women are home, confidence and containment.

That is why this tree woman, wooded, planted, with roots, strong, beautiful and calm.
